Our products typically come with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. Some premium products have a 24-month warranty. Please refer to the warranty information in the product manual or purchase receipt for details. During the warranty period, we provide free repair or replacement services for any product quality issues or malfunctions.

During working hours (Monday to Friday 9:00-18:00), we will respond to your service request within 2 hours. For urgent issues, we will prioritize handling. Generally, simple issues will be resolved within 1-2 working days, while complex issues may take 3-5 working days.

After submitting your service request, we will send you an SMS containing a ticket number to your mobile phone. You can check the processing status through the "Service Progress Inquiry" page on our official website by entering the ticket number and contact phone number. We will also notify you via SMS at key stages during processing.

After confirming that the product needs to be sent back for repair, our customer service will send you detailed shipping address and precautions via SMS or email. Please package the product properly and include a note inside the package with your name, contact phone number, and description of the issue. For quality issues within the warranty period, round-trip shipping costs are covered by us; for man-made damage or out-of-warranty products, shipping costs are borne by you.

According to our return policy, you can request a return or exchange within 30 days of purchase, provided the product is in its original condition with all packaging and accessories intact. For defective products, we offer a full refund or replacement within the warranty period. Please contact our support team to initiate the return process.

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the country. Express shipping options are available for 1-2 business day delivery at an additional cost. International shipping times vary by destination, generally ranging from 7-14 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
